These terms govern your use of cybernanban.com and any programme you purchase from KULOTHUNGAN KAMALAVENI, a proprietorship trading as CN Academy. Please read them before enrolling.

1. 1. Who you are contracting with

   CN Academy is the trade name of KULOTHUNGAN KAMALAVENI, a proprietorship registered in India. Cyber Nanban is our brand. When you enrol, your contract is with KULOTHUNGAN KAMALAVENI.

   CN-CAISE has its own terms, published at /registration/terms/, which govern that programme specifically. Where the two differ on a CN-CAISE matter, the CN-CAISE terms apply — but neither creates a refund right beyond the Refund Policy.

2. 2. Eligibility

   You must be at least 18 years old to enrol, or have the consent of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf.

   Some programmes state prerequisites. They are published on the programme page and describe who the programme suits; they are not enforced at checkout. A programme taken without them may not be useful to you, and that is your decision to make with the information given.

3. 3. Fees, GST and payment

   Fees are stated in Indian Rupees on the relevant programme or offer page. We are registered for GST under 33BLNPK3069E1Z4; whether a stated price includes GST is confirmed alongside that price at checkout.

   Payment is taken through a third-party payment gateway. We do not receive, process or store your card details at any point.

   A GST invoice is issued for every purchase, to the details you provide at checkout.

4. 4. Access and delivery

   Programmes are delivered live, on a published schedule, by an instructor. Access is granted to the person who enrolled, using the contact details supplied at enrolment.

   Course materials are for your personal learning. They must not be shared, resold, recorded or redistributed.

   We may update materials to keep them current. Where a change materially affects what was described at the point of sale, we will tell you.

5. 5. Refunds and cancellation

   The Founding Cohort registration carries a one-time satisfaction guarantee, available only when every condition below is met.

   The full conditions, and the circumstances in which no refund is available, are set out in the Refund Policy. Cancellation and transfers between cohorts are covered by the Cancellation Policy. Those documents govern; nothing in these terms creates a refund right beyond them.

6. 6. Lawful use of lab environments

   Programmes include hands-on labs. Techniques taught are for use in the environments we provide, or on systems you own or are explicitly authorised in writing to test.

   Using them against any other system is unlawful and is not something we teach, condone or accept responsibility for. Doing so ends your access immediately and without refund.

7. 7. Conduct

   Live sessions and community channels are shared with other learners. Harassment, plagiarism, or misuse of shared resources ends access without refund.

8. 8. Career support, and what we do not promise

   We provide industry-relevant skills, practical experience, mentorship, portfolio development and interview readiness. Employment decisions remain with individual employers.

   Any description of typical roles illustrates where the skills apply. It is not a prediction about you. We publish no salary figures and make no representation about earnings.

9. 9. Intellectual property

   All course content, labs, assessments and materials remain the property of KULOTHUNGAN KAMALAVENI. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for your own learning.

10. 10. Liability

    We provide our programmes with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the programme concerned.

    Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. 11. Changes to these terms

    We may revise these terms. The version in force is the one published here, with the date at the top. A revision does not change the terms that applied to a purchase already made.

12. 12. Governing law and disputes

    These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the competent courts in India.

    Before that, please raise the matter with us at support@cybernanban.com. Most things are resolved that way, and we would rather resolve it than argue about it.
