We sell education, not goods. Nothing is posted to you. This policy exists because payment gateways require one, and because you are entitled to know when you get what you paid for.
1. What is delivered
Access to a live, instructor-led programme: scheduled sessions, lab environments, materials, and any certification you earn.
2. When
- Confirmation of purchase: immediately, by email.
- GST invoice: with or shortly after that confirmation.
- Joining details and access: within one working day of payment clearing, or as stated on the programme page.
- Live sessions: on the published schedule for your cohort.
- Certification: after assessment, to those who meet the standard.
3. Where
Everything is delivered online, to the email address you enrolled with. Programmes are available anywhere in India. On-site corporate delivery is arranged separately and scoped in the proposal.
4. If something does not arrive
Check the spam folder for the address you enrolled with, then email support@cybernanban.com. If access was never granted, the Refund Policy applies.
