What would actually help someone?
Cyber Nanban grew from a simple question: what would actually help someone understand and deal with a security problem? The answer gradually became teaching — practical, structured learning built around the work itself.

Knowing what a vulnerability is matters. Knowing how to look at a system, ask the right questions, investigate what happened and decide what to do next matters more. We want people to understand the work.

Our story
It started before we knew what it would become.
Cyber Nanban didn't begin with a finished plan. It grew out of doing the work, helping people and slowly understanding what needed to be built.
