Cancellation Policy

This policy covers cancelling an enrolment — by you or by us — and moving between cohorts. Where a cancellation results in money being returned, the Refund Policy governs.

1. 1. Cancelling before a programme starts

   Email support@cybernanban.com before the start date. Where you have not yet been given access to materials, we will cancel the enrolment and refund you in line with the Refund Policy.

2. 2. Cancelling after it has started

   You may leave a programme at any time.

   For the Founding Cohort, the reservation fee is not returned once it has been paid, and the balance is not refunded once the programme has begun. You attend the first live session before deciding whether to complete your enrollment. That decision point is the protection this programme offers, and it comes before the balance is paid rather than after.

   The circumstances in which we refund you regardless — a double charge, access never granted, a programme we cancel — are set out in the Refund Policy and are unaffected by this.

3. 3. Moving to a later cohort

   If something changes and you cannot attend the cohort you booked, tell us before it starts and we will move you to the next one where a place is available. There is no charge for the first transfer.

   This does not apply to the Founding Cohort seat reservation fee, which is non-transferable: it cannot be moved to another person or to a later batch. That is stated on the CN-CAISE refund page and it is the position that governs.

   A transfer is not a cancellation, and it does not create a refund right.

4. 4. If we cancel

   We may cancel or reschedule a cohort — for instructor illness, or too few participants for the format to work. If we do, you choose: a full refund, or a place on the next cohort.

   We will tell you as early as we can, and we will not leave you to find out from a calendar.
