Write to support@cybernanban.com for any enquiry, complaint, refund request, or payment-related issue. That one address reaches us for all of them. There is no separate queue you have to find.
We aim to acknowledge every support request within 2 business days, and to resolve it as quickly as is reasonably possible. Where a request concerns a refund, the Refund Policy sets out what applies. Where it concerns your personal data, the Privacy Policy sets out your rights under the DPDP Act 2023 and the period we must answer in.
If a matter cannot be settled between us, the Terms of Service state the governing law and the courts that hear it.
