Refund Policy

This policy sets out precisely when a refund is available. It is deliberately specific: a refund promise vaguer than the conditions behind it is a promise that ends in a dispute.

1. 1. Founding Cohort seat reservation

   The seat reservation fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. It is adjusted against the total programme fee when you complete your enrollment.

   There is no satisfaction guarantee and no cooling-off period on the reservation fee. Please do not pay it unless you are content with that.

   You attend the first live session before deciding whether to complete your enrollment. That decision point is the protection this programme offers, and it comes before the balance is paid rather than after.

2. 2. If you do not complete your enrollment

   You are under no obligation to pay the balance. If you decide not to, you owe nothing further and the reservation fee is not returned — it has already bought you the seat and the session.

   If the enrollment window closes without the balance being paid, the seat is released. Nothing further is charged.

3. 3. Refunds we will always make

   The position above is about changing your mind. It does not touch the cases below, where we refund you in full regardless:

   • You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
   • You paid but access was never granted, and we cannot resolve it.
   • We cancel a programme before it starts, or change it materially and the change does not suit you.
   • A technical failure on our side prevented you from receiving what you paid for.

4. 4. What is not refundable

   • Change of mind, once the reservation fee has been paid.
   • Sessions you had access to and did not attend.
   • Partial completion of a programme.
   • Not meeting an assessment standard.

5. 5. How to request a refund

   Email support@cybernanban.com with your name, the programme, and — for the Founding Cohort guarantee — confirmation that you attended the complete first session and what left you unsatisfied. The 24-hour window runs from the moment that session ended.

   We acknowledge every request and tell you the outcome with a reason.

   An approved refund is returned by the same method you paid with. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank and the payment gateway, not on us.

6. 6. CN-CAISE

   CN-CAISE has its own refund page at /registration/refund/. Where it defers to these site-wide terms, this policy is the one that applies.
