Refund Policy

This policy sets out precisely when a refund is available. It is deliberately specific: a refund promise vaguer than the conditions behind it is a promise that ends in a dispute.

1. 1. Founding Cohort satisfaction guarantee

   The Founding Cohort registration carries a one-time satisfaction guarantee, available only when every condition below is met.

   Every one of the following must be true. This is not a general cooling-off period, and it is not a change-of-mind refund.

   • You attended the complete first live session.
   • You participated actively in that session.
   • You are not satisfied with it.
   • You request the refund within 24 hours of that session ending.

2. 2. When the guarantee does not apply

   The guarantee is unavailable in any of these circumstances:

   • You did not attend the first live session.
   • You missed any part of the first live session.
   • You requested the refund more than 24 hours after the session ended.

3. 3. After the first session

   After the first live session, and outside that 24-hour window, all fees are non-refundable.

4. 4. Refunds we will always make

   Separately from the guarantee above, and regardless of it, we will refund you in full where:

   • You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
   • You paid but access was never granted, and we cannot resolve it.
   • We cancel a programme before it starts, or change it materially and the change does not suit you.
   • A technical failure on our side prevented you from receiving what you paid for.

5. 5. What is not refundable

   • Change of mind, outside the Founding Cohort guarantee above.
   • Sessions you had access to and did not attend.
   • Partial completion of a programme.
   • Not meeting an assessment standard.

6. 6. How to request a refund

   Email support@cybernanban.com with your name, the programme, and — for the Founding Cohort guarantee — confirmation that you attended the complete first session and what left you unsatisfied. The 24-hour window runs from the moment that session ended.

   We acknowledge every request and tell you the outcome with a reason.

   An approved refund is returned by the same method you paid with. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank and the payment gateway, not on us.

7. 7. CN-CAISE

   CN-CAISE has its own refund page at /registration/refund/. Where it defers to these site-wide terms, this policy is the one that applies.
