- Who are we contracting with?
- CN Academy, trading as Cyber Nanban. Our Contact & Legal page carries the entity details, and the full set — including registered address and GSTIN — is provided with every proposal.
- Can you invoice with GST?
- Yes. Invoices are issued against our GSTIN, which is supplied with the proposal and on the invoice itself.
- Do you accept purchase orders?
- Yes. Raise the PO against the proposal reference and we will invoice against it.
- Will you sign our MSA or NDA?
- Yes. Send it with your enquiry or at the scoping call and we will review it before the proposal.
- Do you have a data processing agreement?
- Yes. Learner data handling is covered by our privacy policy and, where you need one, a separate DPA aligned to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.
- Can you complete our security questionnaire?
- Yes. Send it with your enquiry and we will return it with the proposal.
