Refund policy

1. How enrollment works

Choosing a cybersecurity academy is an important decision. Rather than asking you to trust marketing claims, we let you experience the AI Security Immersion before you decide about the programme.

There are three steps:

• You pay a commitment fee of ₹99, inclusive of GST. This purchases your access to the AI Security Immersion and holds one confirmed seat in your name.
• You attend the AI Security Immersion. It is live and interactive, so attendance has to be live.
• Within 48 hours of that session you decide whether to enroll on CN-CAISE by paying the programme fee of ₹19,999 plus 18% GST.

The programme fee is ₹19,999 plus 18% GST and is payable in full if you enroll. The commitment fee is separate from it and is not deducted from it.

2. The commitment fee

The commitment fee is ₹99, inclusive of GST. A tax invoice showing the taxable value and the GST charged is issued and emailed to you as soon as the payment succeeds.

It is:

• non-refundable — it is not returned if you change your mind, and it is not returned if you do not attend;
• non-transferable — it cannot be moved to another person or to a later batch;
• NOT an advance payment or adjustment against the CN-CAISE programme fee — that fee is payable in full if you choose to enroll.

This does not affect rights you have under Indian law that cannot be excluded by agreement — including where a service is not provided at all.

3. The AI Security Immersion

Attendance is mandatory and must be live. We teach interactively, so there is no equivalent passive version of the session.

If you miss it, the commitment fee is still not refunded and the seat is still not transferred. At our discretion we may share a recording; doing so is a courtesy and does not restore or extend anything.

4. Completing your enrollment

You have 48 hours from the end of the AI Security Immersion to pay the programme fee of ₹19,999 plus 18% GST. We will send you a payment link and two reminders before the window closes.

When the balance is received we issue a second tax invoice, confirm your enrollment, and give you access to the rest of the programme.

5. If you do not complete your enrollment

If the balance is not received within 48 hours, the reservation expires automatically and the seat is released to someone else.

Joining the same batch later is not guaranteed. Joining a later batch depends on seat availability at the time. Where a batch is full or has already begun, our decision on placement is final.

You do not need to do anything to decline. If you decide the programme is not for you, simply let the window close.

6. If we cancel

If we cancel a cohort or are unable to deliver the AI Security Immersion, we refund the commitment fee in full to the method you paid with.

If we cancel your enrollment after the balance has been paid, for any reason other than a breach of these terms by you, we refund the amounts you have paid for the part of the programme not delivered.

7. Payments and invoices

Payments are taken by our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.

Every payment produces a GST tax invoice, emailed to you and available on request. If a detail on it is wrong — a spelling, or a GST number you need added — tell us and we will correct it.

All prices on this site are stated exclusive of GST, which is charged at 18% and shown separately before you pay.
