The assessment

Do I have to pay to take the assessment?
No. The assessment is free, and you can take all 10 questions without registering, entering payment details or talking to anyone.
How long does it take?
About five minutes. Your answers save themselves as you go, so you can close the tab and pick up where you left off on the same device.
What happens to my answers?
Until you submit them they stay in your own browser, not on our servers. When you ask for your result we use them to work out which track fits you. The privacy policy sets out how long we keep them and what for.
Can I change an answer or start again?
Yes. Use Back to change anything before you submit, and "Clear my answers and start over" at the bottom of the assessment to wipe the lot. After you have seen your result you can retake the assessment from the "Change my answers" link.
Is there a pass or fail?
No. It places you, it does not judge you. There is no score you can fail, and no answer that disqualifies you — one of the four tracks is built for people starting from zero.
Why do you ask about my salary and how much I can invest?
Your current earnings shape which salary bands we show you, so the outcome you read is realistic rather than aspirational. Your investment readiness affects the pace we suggest, not the price you are offered and not your result — everyone sees the same offer.

Your result

How is my track chosen?
Two things are scored from your answers: your technical foundation — background, experience, current role, language comfort — and your momentum, which is the hours a week you have and how ready you are to commit. Those two decide between Beginner, Foundation, Professional and Fast Track. Safeguards stop the model over-promoting: however much time you have, if you are starting from zero you get the groundwork first.
Why do you ask for my name, email and phone before showing the result?
So we can save your plan, send it to you, and have a mentor answer questions about it. It is three fields, and the privacy policy explains exactly what each is used for. We do not sell your details or add you to a bulk mailing list.
Are the salary figures a promise?
No. They are market estimates for India, they depend on your city, your interviews and your portfolio, and they are labelled as estimates on the page. We do not guarantee a job, an interview or a salary — that is stated in the terms as well.
Can I switch to a different track later?
Yes. The recommendation is guidance, not a cage. Mentors move learners between tracks when the first few weeks show a different pace suits them better.

Price and the offer

What does CN-CAISE cost?
The launch price is ₹999 — one payment, no subscription and no compulsory add-ons.
How does the 24-hour countdown work?
It starts the first time you open the offer page and is stored in your browser. Reloading the page does not restart it and does not extend it. When it runs out the launch price is no longer available to you, and the page tells you so rather than quietly offering it again.
My countdown ran out. Have I missed it?
The launch price has gone, but not the programme. Message us on +91 91502 95023 and we will tell you what the price is for the cohort that is open. Registering costs nothing and does not commit you to a price.
Is the price the same for everyone?
Yes. The offer does not change based on your answers, your salary, your device or where you are. Your recommended track changes; the price does not.
What is included for that price?
The full track the assessment recommends for you, hands-on labs with the environment set up for you, live doubt-clearing sessions in Tamil, portfolio review and interview practice, community and mentor access, and a certificate on completion.

Payment

Which payment methods can I use?
Card, UPI, net banking and wallets, through our payment provider's own secure page. Your card number, CVV and UPI PIN never reach us.
The payment page says card payment is not live yet. What do I do?
Online payment is being switched on. Until it is, message us on +91 91502 95023 and we will take the ₹999 launch payment directly and confirm your seat at that price. Nothing you have already entered is lost.
My payment failed. Was I charged?
A failed payment should not leave your account. If money did leave and you have no confirmation, it is usually an authorisation your bank releases on its own schedule. Message us on +91 91502 95023 before trying again — do not pay twice, and we will check it with you.
How do I know my payment went through?
The confirmation screen after payment is your record — save it or screenshot it. We confirm your place by message rather than email at the moment, so send us a note on +91 91502 95023 with your payment reference and we will confirm it and tell you what happens next.
Can I pay in instalments?
At the launch price the programme is a single payment. If that is the obstacle, say so on +91 91502 95023 before you pay and we will tell you honestly what is possible for the cohort that is open.

Refunds

Can I get a refund?
CN-CAISE does not advertise a refund guarantee of its own at the moment. Refunds are governed by the published site-wide terms and conditions — read them before you pay, and message us on +91 91502 95023 if anything is unclear.
The older terms page says purchases are non-refundable. Which applies?
Those published terms are the ones that apply. CN-CAISE does not currently override them with a guarantee of its own, and this funnel does not claim one.
How do I ask for a refund, and how long does it take?
One message: email support@cybernanban.com with "Refund" in the subject, or message +91 91502 95023. Include the email you registered with. We will acknowledge it and tell you the timeline when we reply. Approved refunds go back to the method you paid with.

The programme

What language are the sessions in?
Tamil, with English technical vocabulary taught as you go. If you answered "Tamil only" in the assessment, that is accounted for in your plan — you do not need fluent English to start.
How much time do I need each week?
Whatever you told us in the assessment: the timeline you were shown was calculated from those hours. Under five hours a week works, it just takes longer. Nothing in the plan assumes you have quit your job.
Do I need a powerful computer?
No. The labs run in an environment we provide, so a modest laptop with a stable connection is enough. The onboarding checklist tells you what to set up, and it takes about half an hour.
Will you get me a job?
We give career guidance, portfolio review, mock interviews and placement assistance, and the plan ends in work you can show an interviewer. We do not guarantee a job, an interview or a salary, and we will not pretend otherwise.
Is the material legal to practise?
Inside our labs, yes — that is what they are for. Outside them, the same techniques can be criminal offences unless you own the system or have written permission. The terms cover this in detail, and it is taken seriously: misusing what you learn ends your access.
I am under 18. Can I join?
Yes, with a parent or guardian enrolling for you and giving consent. That is both our rule and a requirement of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.

Privacy and support

Do you use cookies?
The funnel sets no cookies of its own. It uses your browser's storage to remember your progress, which is listed key by key in the cookie policy. Analytics and advertising vendors are named there too and none of them load without your consent.
Can you delete my data?
Yes. Email support@cybernanban.com and we will delete what we are not required to keep for tax or legal reasons, and tell you what is left and why. You can also clear everything held in your own browser yourself, from the assessment page.
How do I reach a human?
WhatsApp +91 91502 95023 is fastest. Email support@cybernanban.com works for anything that needs a record, and for refunds, data requests and complaints.
